Britney Gaitan is a Broker-Salesperson and leader of the Gaitan Group at The Agency Las Vegas. Licensed since 1997, she brings nearly three decades of experience, strong negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach to helping clients buy and sell throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Pahrump. Britney has built her career on personal service, clear communication, and a commitment to protecting her clients’ interests.

Britney specializes in seller representation, probate and estate sales, luxury properties, military relocation, and investment real estate, including 1031 exchanges. She is particularly passionate about helping families navigate significant life transitions. From coordinating estate cleanouts and property preparation to evaluating cash offers and developing a full-market sales strategy, she provides practical solutions that make an overwhelming process feel manageable.

Her commitment to the profession extends beyond individual transactions. Britney has served in leadership roles with Las Vegas REALTORS®, Nevada REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, reflecting her dedication to professionalism, education, and advocacy.

Family is central to both her life and her business. Britney works alongside her husband, Rey Gaitan, and her daughter, Angelina Garcia, combining their strengths to deliver attentive, coordinated service. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, supporting her daughter Rae’s softball journey, and relaxing with a good book and a cup of coffee.

Angelina Garcia

Angelina Garcia is a Las Vegas native and second-generation real estate agent who began her career as an assistant in 2012 while still a junior in high school. Following in the footsteps of her mother, Britney Gaitan, she developed an early passion for real estate and helping others, earning her real estate license in 2018.

Her experience as an assistant and transaction coordinator gave her a strong foundation in the communication, organization, and attention to detail needed to guide a successful transaction. Today, as Operations Manager with the Gaitan Group at The Agency Las Vegas, Angelina helps keep transactions moving smoothly while ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

With deep local roots and a personal commitment to service, Angelina takes pride in helping buyers and sellers navigate their next chapter. Whether working behind the scenes or directly with clients, her goal is to make every real estate experience clear, organized, and personal.
